Flourish Holistic Services, a registered NDIS provider in Tarneit, Melbourne, are looking for a qualified psychologist to join their team. The successful applicant will have a hybrid job profile. They will work as a psychologist and also conduct compliance checks of reports filed by staff members.

Job responsibilities

• Provide therapy and counselling to NDIS participants.
• Perform compliance checks of initial assessments, report writing and progress notes filed by our practitioners.
• Conduct functional behaviour support assessment.
• Write reports and progress notes. 
• Perform applied behavioural analysis and mental health rehabilitation.
• Provide clinically sound evidence-based treatment and assessment.
• Offer play therapy and community outreach programs.

Qualifications and certifications

• Tertiary degree in psychology or related discipline.
• Prior experience working as a psychologist or counsellor. 
• Current Australian driver’s license.
• NDIS worker screening check.
• Working with children check.
• Manual handling check.
• First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

Remuneration

Depending on your experience and qualification, you can expect to draw anywhere between $60,000 to $65,000 annually.
