Assistance with Travel/Transportation A allied health services rrangement

Participant will generally be able access funding through NDIS for transport assistance.

The provision of transport to enable participation in community, social, economic and

daily life activities. This includes, but is not limited to, taxis and specialist transport

arrangements. It is provided when the participant is unable to access alternative forms

of transport because of their disability. Our Support coordinators reach to participants

house to take them for medical Appointments, Recreational activities, and social
