Welcome to Flourish Holistic Services Pty Ltd, a provider of allied health services for individuals enrolled in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and referred to us by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe, and WorkCover.

At Flourish, we understand that every individual with a disability has unique needs and goals. That's why we work closely with each of our clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored support that will help them achieve their goals.

Our team of experienced and qualified practitioners is dedicated to providing the highest level of holistic therapy to individuals with disabilities. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support and are committed to ensuring that our clients have access to the best possible services.

Our services include occupational therapy, physiotherapy, early childhood intervention, personal care, community access, transportation, and assistance with daily living activities. We provide support for participants with specific needs such as those with autism, global developmental delay, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, impaired vision, impaired hearing and mental health conditions.

We are fully compliant with NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards and our services are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of our clients. We work with both participants who already have an NDIS plan and those seeking access to NDIS for the first time.
